李运勇,男,副教授,博士/硕士生导师,广东省高等学校青年珠江学者、广东省杰出青年科学基金(省杰青)和广州市珠江科技新星获得者,获《科学中国人》材料学科2016年度人物。主要致力于电化学储能材料和器件领域的研究(包括锂离子电池、锂硫电池和超级电容器以及柔性电子器件)。承担国家自然科学基金、广东省杰出青年科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、省应用型研发重大专项等项目8项。已在Adv. Mater.; Nano Energy; J. Mater. Chem. A等国际期刊上发表SCI论文近40篇,其中IF>7的十余篇,4篇入选ESI高被引论文,1篇被《Nature》作专题报道,单篇最高引用250余次,申请和授权发明专利10余件。研究团队与深圳市今朝新时代、深圳市斯诺、沃特玛、东莞市迈科新能源等电池和材料企业保持良好的合作关系。

担任中国功能仪表材料材料学会储能与动力及其材料专业委员会委员,广东省自然科学基金和省科技计划的评审专家,现为Nano Energy, J. Mater. Chem. A, RSC Adv.等国际期刊的审稿人
